The assembly
department has three floors, each floor has 900m2 area. Now about
100 workers are working on the production line and Shouji is going
to expand this team to 500 workers to work on 30 lines when
necessary for production. The production department possesses
ultrasonic welding machines, blister sealers and pneumatic systems
for assembly.
Shouji QC department arranges check points for production
line. This can ensures the final products of good quality. The
products can be analyzed in QC production laboratory with standard
test.
